Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times (after processing):

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Europe & UK: 7–18 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–25 business days

Shipping cost: a flat US$3.99 per order. Select products ship free (shown at checkout).

Tracking: a tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delays: customs, weather, or carrier issues can occasionally extend delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us and we'll make it right.

Customs & duties: international orders may be subject to import fees set by your country; these are the customer's responsibility.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at andrey@twobac.store. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: the fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
